If the event tool, visitor management and room booking are three separate systems, those gaps are inevitable. In Door James, events, visitors and resources share one foundation. An event reserves rooms, creates badges, notifies hosts and appears in the same agenda as a desk booking. On the app dashboard, running events appear as a card with a countdown; on iOS additionally as a Live Activity on the lock screen."
