Shorten the path to two taps in the app – the asset is already selected, the photo takes ten seconds – and reporting rates rise noticeably. For facility management this produces, often for the first time, a reliable picture of which equipment actually causes trouble."

A connection to a central ITSM such as ServiceNow is planned and currently not available – if that link is a requirement for you, it belongs in the project plan rather than in an assumption."
