Such rules rarely hold, because the invitation is created in Outlook anyway. That is why calendar integration is not an add-on feature for us but the precondition for room data being reliable at all."

      "text": "The Outlook add-in also shortens the path: instead of guessing a room from a list of names, organizers see live availability and the floor plan inside the meeting. Time and location stay in sync with the invitation. The add-in is part of the September 2026 release. It ships as a manifest that people can add to Outlook themselves; central distribution through your tenant is arranged per project."
