Planning by average produces shortages exactly on the days when collaboration is supposed to happen – and creates resistance to the whole concept."

      "text": "A site with 500 employees, 75 per cent attendance on the peak day, 12 m² per workstation and EUR 22 rent per m²: instead of 500 desks, 375 are needed. The difference of 125 desks equals 1,500 m² and roughly EUR 396,000 in annual rent. Licence cost for 500 authorized users is EUR 12,000 per year. Even with more conservative assumptions, the order of magnitude stays clear. That calculation does not replace an analysis – it only shows why the data basis matters more than the licence price.
