What the numbers say – and what they do not
More than 700 digitized offices mean one thing above all: the rollout mechanics are proven. Upload floor plans, place assets, connect identity, set rules, release the location – that sequence is routine rather than a project design. For you it means the effort per additional site is predictable.
What the numbers do not say is whether the product fits your organization. The most honest test for that is not a reference list but a look at the requirements where projects typically fail: do you need on-premise operation? Does a specific locking system have to be connected? Is a physically dedicated instance mandatory? In those cases we say so early rather than discovering it mid-project.
References during a selection process
For concrete selection processes we arrange conversations with comparable organizations, provided those customers agree. This reticence is deliberate: naming customers without approval is a contractual problem in many industries – particularly in the public sector and in finance.

The figures refer to September 2026. Older figures from 2025 tender material – such as 350 locations or 150,000 users – are outdated and should no longer be used.
