Module-based pricing produces two effects we consider harmful: it shifts the product conversation to what is currently licensed, and it penalizes organizations for trying a feature. Both work against the core idea that each location activates exactly the modules it needs.
Door James is therefore one subscription per authorized user that includes the standard capability stack. If your reception team wants to switch on visitor management after six months, that is a configuration decision – not a contract negotiation.
Three things: the number of authorized users, the 250-user minimum and the market. Everything else – locations, assets, floor plans, activated modules, languages – has no effect on the list price.
For an organization with 1,200 authorized employees in the euro markets that means EUR 2,400 per month, regardless of whether one location or twelve are connected. This predictability is deliberate: it turns the decision about additional locations into a question of value rather than licence cost.
The German order form still contains fields labelled “Basic / Standard / Premium / Individual”. That structure comes from the template and does not represent the current pricing model. The model described here is authoritative; deviating constructions require explicit commercial approval.
The German standard order form provides for an initial term of twelve months with twelve-month renewals. Negotiated contracts, particularly in the public sector, can differ.
Discounts are not the default. Those conversations typically start only at materially larger volumes, around 5,000 users and above.
No – but not less either. The subscription covers the standard capability stack; modules you do not need simply stay deactivated.
There is no implementation fee for the normal rollout and basic setup. Effort remains on your side for floor plans, asset data, identity coordination, testing and communication.
We count the people authorized to use the platform, not concurrent sessions or bookings. The exact definition is fixed in the order form.
The initial set can be part of the order. Reorders are listed in the German standard form at EUR 30 processing plus EUR 0.50 per sticker.
Minimum users, rollout effort and which modules you switch on in month one decide the real number. Book thirty minutes and we go through yours.
