Door James from each stakeholder's view

The same platform answers different questions for each role. These pages sort the answers by responsibility.

In short

Introducing workplace software involves at least four roles: IT owns identity, security and operations; office and facility management owns daily operations; HR owns the rules for hybrid work; and leadership owns property cost. These pages describe Door James from each of those perspectives.

Why the role view helps

In selection processes, projects rarely fail on the product; they fail on unanswered questions from individual stakeholders. IT asks about permissions and data flow, facility management about daily effort, HR about codetermination, leadership about the business case. When those questions first surface in a steering committee, they cost weeks.

These pages anticipate them – in the order they typically appear, and with the same answers we give in tenders.
